FAQ

Warranty:

We believe in our products, but things happen. We will replace any of our items (once) within one year of the purchase date if your product is found defective under reasonable wear and use.

Unfortunately, we do not cover replacements regarding lost or stolen items, pet damage or damage from machine washing. 

Common reasons to contact us for replacement: 

  • Snapback broke 
  • Snapback does not close 
  • Patch came off 
  • Patch peeling off 

Please email us at customerservice@americanrookie.org with a request for a replacement and pictures of your defective product. We will contact you within 1-2 business days regarding your request.

Returns/Exchange Policy:

All sales are final... however:

If you have a product that is found defective due to normal wear and use, please refer to our Warranty Section in our FAQ. We will issue one replacement within one year from the purchase date. 

If you received the wrong item, please email us at customerservice@americanrookie.org or head over to the Contact Us page. Include a picture of your receipt and the items received. We will be in contact with you within 1-2 business days.

We are currently not accepting any product exchanges.

Taking care of your hats and beanies:

Please hand wash only with cold water. Be gentle with our leather patches, as they can scratch with the coarse side of a sponge. Hang and air dry. Preferable to keep our products out of the sun during the drying process. 

Brand Ambassadors

Are you interested in representing our brand? Do you value our message? Do you want to get free products or be paid for your posts?

Inquire at our Contact Us page for more information on what we look for in our brand ambassador program. 

*Must have at least one social media account that is *not* private

*Must at least have 100 followers on any single account you own. 

Please include the following when inquiring: 

  • Your name
  • Provide a detailed description about who you are
  • Why you'll be the right fit for us 
  • Your instagram username (must be public) or other social media profile you use
